All right, we don’t really know why Cameron and Justin split or who dumped who. But looking at this outfit, I’d put all my money on Cameron being the dumper. Did he raid his grandfather’s closet for those polyester pants and matching top?  Justin, give the hobo back his shirt.  And bring sexy back.
