You receive 3 emails from us when you place an order:
- If you became a member of our store, the first email displays your account details.
- The second email notifies you that your order has been processed and is almost ready to ship.
- The Third email notifies you of your delivery confirmation number which you can then log-in to your account and track or do it through the USPS web site. Please note, international delivery does NOT include delivery confirmation numbers. (This step takes 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order)
U.S. delivery confirmation numbers:
Due to heavy call volumes, order tracking must be done through Email only. To request a delivery confirmation number, send us an email with your first & last name and/or order ID and we will reply back via email with your request. Please keaep in mind that a confirmation number will only be available after processing time is complete.
