If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days from the delivery date. We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less shipping) - whichever you prefer with no restocking fees. Your only cost is the shipping back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:

1. Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
2. All original supplied packaging, cleaning clothes etc, must be included.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as ImposterCity.com can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.
4. Returns lacking an RA number may be refused.
5. Discontinued products are non-refundable or exchangeable. A discontinued product is a product no longer for sale.
6. Products showing wear & tear will not be accepted for return and may be returned at your cost.
7. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued sunglasses. Any sunglasses marked $9.94 is considered to be a discontinued. If the item is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 7-business days for an exchange for the same item.
